Mashkin Cash issues Visa and Mastercard virtual cards for paying foreign services. Here is who stands behind it.
A card is opened in the dashboard, topped up and used anywhere Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The list of services it has paid is public and built from real transactions rather than promises.
The service is run by three companies: an operator in the Kyrgyz Republic, a payment agent in Russia and a company in Hong Kong. The split is simple — the operator answers to the user, the agent accepts ruble payments, and the Hong Kong company issues the cards through a partner bank that provides access to Visa and Mastercard, as well as building the platform.
We do not publish anything we cannot document. If something is missing from the site, it is not yet confirmed rather than hidden.
